About the Role
This entry-level Recruiter Trainee position is designed as a launchpad for your career in talent acquisition. We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our dynamic team in Roanoke, Virginia. This role goes beyond standard recruitment; it is a comprehensive training program where you will receive the tools, mentorship, and support needed to build a successful career in healthcare staffing and beyond.
You will partner with our experienced leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top healthcare talent. Your day-to-day will involve sourcing and screening candidates, managing relationships with clients and referral sources, and supporting caregivers throughout their assignments.
