At HumanGood, we are driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive. When you join us, you become part of something bigger, making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day. We are committed to supporting our team members so they can build a confident, secure life for themselves and their families.
The Server-Lead at The Terraces of Phoenix serves as a vital link between our residents and our dining experience. Under general supervision, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health Center dining room, ensuring a seamless flow of service. Your mission is to balance the workload among team members, ensuring everyone is productive and that assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
In this role, you will not only manage the workflow but also cultivate a supportive environment. You will be responsible for training newly hired servers and providing oversight to hosts, hostesses, bussers, and food runners. Success in this position requires a deep knowledge of our extensive menu, the ability to describe preparation methods and ingredients in detail, and the skill to handle guest complaints with professionalism. You will be the face of our dining service, ensuring that sanitation standards are met and that every resident receives attentive, high-quality care.
