About the Role

The Server-Lead at The Terraces of Phoenix plays a vital leadership role within our Health Center. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining service team, ensuring a seamless experience for our residents. You will be responsible for distributing and balancing the workload among servers to maintain an efficient workflow, ensuring timely accomplishment of assigned tasks, and keeping the team engaged with meaningful work.

Your day will involve training newly hired servers and providing oversight to hosts, hostesses, bussers, and food runners. You will serve as a knowledgeable guide for residents, describing menu items in detail, explaining preparation methods, and handling guest complaints with a positive and professional demeanor. By maintaining strict sanitation requirements and communicating effectively with supervisors and dining staff, you will help create a welcoming and safe dining environment.
