About the Role
The Server-Lead at The Terraces of Phoenix plays a vital leadership role in our Health Center dining experience. Under general supervision, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the server team, ensuring a seamless flow of service for our residents. Your mission is to balance workloads effectively, ensuring timely accomplishment of assigned tasks while keeping every team member engaged and productive.
In this position, you will serve as a mentor and guide. You will be responsible for training newly hired servers and providing oversight to hosts, hostesses, bussers, and food runners. As the face of the dining room, you will ensure that residents receive exceptional care, from taking orders and serving meals to handling any guest complaints with a positive and professional demeanor. You will also maintain the highest standards of front-of-house and kitchen sanitation.
