At HumanGood, we are driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive. When you join us, you become part of something bigger, making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day. We are committed to supporting our team members with the total rewards needed to build a confident, secure life for you and your family.
As a Server-Lead at The Terraces of Phoenix, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health Center dining team. Your mission is to ensure a seamless dining experience for our residents by distributing and balancing the workload among servers, ensuring timely accomplishment of assigned tasks, and keeping the team engaged and productive.
In this role, you will serve as a mentor and guide, training newly hired servers and providing oversight to hosts, hostesses, bussers, and food runners. You will be the face of our dining service, taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring that every resident feels cared for. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of front-of-house and kitchen sanitation, handling guest complaints with professionalism, and communicating effectively with supervisors and the dining room staff.
We offer a comprehensive range of benefits and perks designed to support your health, wealth, and well-being. Our compensation package adds up to 40% in value to your base compensation, including health, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match, and 20 days of paid time off. We also provide tuition reimbursement, a cell phone stipend, and a 5-star employee assistance program.
