About the Role
As a Server-Lead at The Terraces of Phoenix, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Health Center dining services. In this leadership position, you will distribute and balance the workload among your team to ensure timely accomplishment of assigned tasks while keeping everyone engaged. You will serve as a key liaison between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care and service.
Your day will involve training newly hired servers and providing oversight to hosts, hostesses, bussers, and food runners. You will be the face of our dining experience, capable of describing our extensive menu of 20+ entrees in detail, explaining ingredients and cooking methods, and handling guest complaints with a positive and professional demeanor. Beyond service, you will maintain strict front-of-house and kitchen sanitation requirements and ensure accurate order processing through our POS system.
