At HumanGood, we are driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive. When you join us, you become part of something bigger, making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day. We are committed to supporting our team members with the total rewards needed to build a confident, secure life for you and your family.
The Server-Lead at The Terraces of Phoenix serves as a vital link between our residents and the dining experience. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health Center's dining team, ensuring a seamless flow of service. Your mission is to distribute and balance the workload among servers, guaranteeing timely accomplishment of tasks while ensuring every team member remains engaged and productive.
You will step into a leadership position that blends operational oversight with direct resident interaction. Your day involves training newly hired servers, managing the workflow of hosts, bussers, and food runners, and maintaining high standards for front-of-house and kitchen sanitation. Beyond logistics, you will be the face of our dining service, describing menu items in detail, handling guest complaints with professionalism, and ensuring residents receive attentive care from the moment they are seated until their tables are cleared.
