At HumanGood, we are driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive. When you join us, you become part of something bigger, making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day. We are committed to supporting our team members so they can build a confident, secure life for themselves and their families.
The Server-Lead at The Terraces of Phoenix serves as a vital link between our residents and our dining experience. Under general supervision, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health Center's dining service, ensuring a seamless flow of work for the entire team. Your mission is to balance workloads effectively, ensuring timely accomplishment of assigned tasks while keeping every team member engaged and productive.
In this role, you will lead by example, training newly hired servers and providing oversight to hosts, hostesses, bussers, and food runners. You will be the face of our dining room, responsible for accurately describing our extensive menu of 20+ entrees, handling guest complaints with professionalism, and maintaining the highest standards of front-of-house and kitchen sanitation. Your day will involve actively waiting on residents, taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents can enjoy their time.
