At HumanGood, we are driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive. When you join us, you become part of something bigger, making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day. We are committed to supporting our team members so they can build a confident, secure life for themselves and their families.
The Server-Lead at The Terraces of Phoenix serves as a vital link between our residents and the dining experience. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health Center's dining service, ensuring that the workflow is balanced and that every team member is engaged and productive. You will not only manage the team but also embody the spirit of our mission by providing exceptional care and hospitality to our residents.
Your day will involve training newly hired servers, overseeing hosts, bussers, and food runners, and ensuring that the front-of-house and kitchen sanitation requirements are met. You will be the face of the dining room, taking orders, serving meals, and handling guest complaints with a positive and professional demeanor. This role is essential for creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy their meals and socialize.
