About the Role

As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will shape and deliver interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs across healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex technical standards and practical business outcomes, translating current-state assessments into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.

In this position, you will lead advisory workstreams from mobilization through delivery. Your day-to-day involves assessing current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, governance, and vendor roles to identify implementation barriers. You will facilitate client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders to define requirements, dependencies, and sequencing. Beyond technical strategy, you will apply commercial acumen to shape executive-ready solutions that demonstrate scope, value cases, operating impact, and measurable outcomes. You will also support client development efforts by shaping solution approaches and resourcing needs.
