About the Role

As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will shape and deliver interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs across healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and practical business outcomes, translating assessments of current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, and governance into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.

In this position, you will lead advisory workstreams from mobilization through delivery. You will assess interoperability capabilities across systems and operations, then develop strategies for HIE modernization, FHIR/API adoption, and digital health integration. Your day-to-day involves facilitating workshops and executive discussions with business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders to define requirements, dependencies, and sequencing. You will apply commercial acumen to shape executive-ready solutions that connect health IT investments to measurable value, operating model impact, and financial sustainability.

Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
