About the Role

As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will serve as a strategic partner to healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. Your mission is to shape and deliver complex interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs. You will assess current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, governance, and vendor roles to translate findings into practical roadmaps and delivery plans that drive tangible value.

In this role, you will facilitate client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders. You will lead workstreams from mobilization through delivery, ensuring stakeholder governance, risk management, and quality review. Beyond technical execution, you will apply commercial acumen to shape executive-ready solutions, defining scope, value cases, operating impacts, and measurable outcomes. You will also support client development by shaping solution approaches and resourcing needs for future growth.
