About the Role

As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will serve as a strategic partner to healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. Your mission is to shape and deliver complex interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs. You will assess current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, governance, and vendor roles to translate findings into practical roadmaps and delivery plans.

In this role, you will lead advisory workstreams from mobilization through delivery, facilitating client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders. You will apply commercial acumen to shape executive-ready solutions that define scope, value cases, operating impacts, and measurable outcomes. Your day-to-day involves translating business, clinical, and technical requirements into robust implementation priorities while supporting client development and growth efforts.
