About the Role

As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will serve as a strategic partner to healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. Your mission is to shape and deliver complex interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs. You will assess current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, governance, and vendor roles to translate findings into practical roadmaps and delivery plans.

In this role, you will facilitate client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders. You will help clients define the requirements, dependencies, and sequencing needed to implement interoperability priorities, applying commercial acumen to shape executive-ready solutions that demonstrate measurable value and operating impact. You will lead workstreams from mobilization through delivery, managing stakeholder governance, risk, and team coordination. Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business needs.
