About the Role

As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will serve as a strategic partner to healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. Your mission is to shape and deliver complex interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs. You will assess current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, governance, and vendor roles to translate findings into practical roadmaps and delivery plans.

In this role, you will lead advisory workstreams from mobilization through delivery, facilitating client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders. You will apply commercial and business acumen to shape executive-ready solutions that define scope, value cases, operating impact, and measurable outcomes. The position involves significant client interaction, requiring the ability to connect health IT investments to financial sustainability and delivery risk management. Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
