About the Role

As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will shape and deliver interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs across healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. This role exists to translate complex assessments of current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, governance, and vendor roles into practical roadmaps and delivery plans that drive tangible value.

In this position, you will lead advisory workstreams from mobilization through delivery, facilitating client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders. You will apply commercial and business acumen to shape executive-ready solutions, defining requirements, dependencies, and sequencing needed to implement interoperability and health data exchange priorities. Your work will directly influence how clients navigate CMS and ONC interoperability priorities, ensuring that investments in health IT connect to measurable outcomes, operating model impact, and financial sustainability.
