Combining unmatched experience and specialized skills across more than 40 industries, we offer Strategy and Consulting, Interactive, Technology, and Operations services—powered by the world's largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centers. As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will serve as a strategic partner to healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. Your mission is to shape and deliver complex interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs. You will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business strategy, translating assessments of current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, and governance into practical roadmaps and delivery plans.
In this role, you will facilitate client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders. You will help clients define the requirements, dependencies, and sequencing needed to implement interoperability priorities while applying commercial acumen to shape executive-ready solutions. From mobilization through delivery, you will lead workstreams, manage stakeholder governance, and coordinate teams to ensure measurable outcomes and financial sustainability.
