As a Health Information Management (HIM) Technician, you will support Gardner Health Service's Health Centers by ensuring the accurate and timely scanning and indexing of documents for the patient electronic health record system. In this role, you will also ensure that requests for the release of patient records are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our Corporate Offices at 160 E. Virginia St., San Jose, CA 95112. A remote or hybrid schedule is not available at this time. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, possesses strong attention to detail, and has excellent customer service skills.
