About the Role

The Medical Assistant is a vital member of the healthcare team, serving as the bridge between clinical care and administrative efficiency. In this role, you will work directly under the direction of licensed healthcare providers to ensure smooth office operations and high-quality patient care. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of clinical support—such as preparing patients for examinations, assisting with procedures, and performing phlebotomy—and administrative coordination, including managing provider schedules, processing referrals, and maintaining accurate electronic health records. You will be essential in ensuring continuity of care, from conducting patient follow-ups to coordinating with specialty providers and external facilities.
