About the Role

Located at the KRAFT facility, this position serves as a vital link between employees and the healthcare system. You will provide comprehensive workplace medical and wellness services, ranging from patient triage and evaluation to referrals, phlebotomy, immunization administration, and hearing testing. Your work will be guided by OSHA guidelines, workers' compensation laws, and FMLA regulations.

Beyond direct patient care, you may supervise HRA team members and oversee the implementation of program-specific policies and procedures. This role requires a strong interest in promoting health, wellness, safety, and prevention activities within a corporate setting. You will perform your duties in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards, often working independently to address company-specific needs as they arise.
