This position serves as a vital administrative liaison between patients, visitors, and clinicians at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. The role is designed to ensure smooth unit operations by effectively organizing priorities and managing confidential patient information. You will partner closely with nursing staff to coordinate day-to-day patient flow, handling critical communications regarding admissions, discharges, and transfers. Beyond administrative coordination, you will be the first point of contact for patients and families, providing outstanding service during every interaction. While specific duties may vary by department, the core mission remains supporting the efficient and compassionate delivery of healthcare.
