The Guest Service Support Expert takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services, ensuring food and beverage operations run smoothly. Whether setting tables, assisting the kitchen, or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, you provide the support that makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
Success in this role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional appearance and communications. You will be on your feet and moving around, managing the menu, and taking a hands-on approach to work. Doing all these things well is critical to getting it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
