About the Role

This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our core customer experience principles. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business, ensuring seamless operations from the sales floor to the register.
