As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with departmental requirements and state standards. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."
In this role, you will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Your day-to-day involves assessing patient conditions during admission and each shift, performing procedures as ordered, administering medications, and responding promptly to patient requests. You will also educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans, translating complex terminology to ensure complete understanding.
