About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state standards. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."
In this role, you will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience. You will assess patient conditions during admission and each shift, perform procedures as ordered, administer medications, and educate patients and families about treatment plans and medical conditions. Your work will focus on proactively anticipating patient needs and resolving them to ensure positive clinical outcomes.
