About the Role
As a Registered Nurse on our Weekend On-Call team, you will play a vital role in assessing and diagnosing patient and family needs to provide quality care. You will develop and communicate comprehensive plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and significant others. Your day-to-day responsibilities include implementing medical plans, executing nursing interventions, and utilizing necessary skills and judgment to ensure patient safety and well-being.
In this position, you will evaluate identified problems and care provided to ensure overall quality, while maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation. You will serve as a role model for current and new staff, demonstrating respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees. By working as part of a team to meet departmental goals and adhering to safety training programs and exposure control plans, you will help create an environment where healing and growth are possible.
