About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Evening Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the GSS SD Sf Luth Mnr facility in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
You will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary care team, responsible for assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, and documenting care outcomes. Your day-to-day involves recognizing problems, recommending solutions, and responding effectively to emergent situations while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. You will also counsel residents and their families on prevention and treatment plans, fostering effective working relationships with healthcare providers and the public.
Compensation & Incentives
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $26.00 or more, depending on experience, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for those hired at 20 or more hours per week. Additional shift differentials are available for working after 6 PM and on weekends. Eligible employees can access medical, dental, and vision benefits.
