About the Team
Join our front desk team dedicated to delivering the welcoming stay our guests count on every day. As the first point of contact at the front desk, you play a critical role in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming experience for every visitor. You will be part of a collaborative property operations team that supports shared goals and maintains the high standards of our hospitality environment.
About the Role
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the friendly face of our property, greeting guests with a professional attitude and providing exceptional service throughout their stay. Your day will involve managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and resolving guest inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. Beyond the front desk, you will help maintain the lobby and front office areas, ensuring they are presentable and secure. You may also assist with laundry and housekeeping prep to support overall property operations and room readiness.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive pay rate of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, based on experience. In some cases, employees willing to assist with overnight on-call coverage may be considered for a complimentary on-site studio apartment, subject to availability and property guidelines. Please note that apartment availability is limited and not guaranteed.
