About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel and the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is critical in shaping the guest experience from check-in through check-out, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression. You will work across mid-shift and evening shifts, collaborating closely with the Night Auditor and other departments to manage guest services, resolve complaints promptly, and handle special requests with care.
This position requires a high level of flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations while maintaining excellent grooming standards and a positive attitude. You will also play a key role in upholding the hotel's commitment to environmental consciousness in your daily duties.
Hiring Process
Candidates with two years of Front Desk experience, knowledge of the hospitality industry, high IT proficiency, and the ability to speak and understand Spanish are particularly encouraged to apply.
