About the Role

The Guest Service Associate is the face of our stores, responsible for driving a top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, greeting guests and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone. Your role is vital in maintaining the operational integrity of the store by adhering to safety, security, and quality policies, managing point-of-sale operations, and ensuring products are replenished and in-stock. Beyond customer interaction, you will play a key part in store housekeeping, vendor coordination, and inventory management, supporting the team's collective goal of creating shared value.
