About the Role
As a Guest Relations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving on promotional vacation packages, offering concierge-style services to ensure their stay begins with unforgettable experiences. This role exists to bridge the gap between our guests' expectations and the reality of their vacation, providing elevated customer service that highlights the unique benefits of their package.
In this position, you will engage with guests via phone to conduct pre-arrival calls, confirm details, and share local area expertise. Your day will involve suggesting local attractions and restaurant recommendations, while also utilizing effective problem-resolution techniques to address any inquiries. We are looking for driven individuals with outgoing personalities who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and helping others realize their dream vacations.
