About the Role

The Front Desk Agent serves as the welcoming face of the hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout a guest's stay. This role is central to creating a warm and positive first impression, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and resolving inquiries with efficiency and friendliness.

You will be the primary point of contact for guests, managing everything from registration and payment processing to handling service requests and local area recommendations. The position requires a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, whether assisting with luggage, managing VIP arrivals, or resolving complaints promptly. As a key team member, you will also contribute to a supportive work environment by communicating effectively with coworkers and adhering to all company standards and security policies.

Requirements
