About the Role
This position is dedicated to assisting members in the selection and purchase of tires while ensuring the proper installation and repair of those tires. You will be responsible for maintaining the tire bay's policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring a seamless experience for our members. Your role is critical in delivering service excellence and maintaining the safety and positive environment that defines our club standards.
You will work as part of a collaborative team that embraces inclusion and diversity, moving with speed and agility to adapt to the world around us. Your daily commitment will focus on the GOLD Member Standards: Greeting, Anticipating, and Appreciating (GAA) every member, while ensuring the club remains Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, and Clean. You will also take pride in delivering the "Grand Opening Look" daily, ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans are executed, and signage is accurate and visible.
