About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting members in the selection and purchase of tires, properly installing and repairing them, and maintaining the tire bay's policies and procedures. You will act as a knowledgeable guide at the tire desk, ensuring members receive service excellence from greeting to resolution. Your work ensures a safe, positive environment while maintaining a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area. You will also coordinate with the Home Office regarding member tire needs and manage accurate documentation for all sales and service orders.
