About the Role
In this position, you will be the face of our tire and automotive services, responsible for assisting members in the selection and purchase of tires while ensuring their safety and satisfaction. You will handle the full lifecycle of tire services, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing, while maintaining a clean and professional tire bay environment. Your role is critical in delivering service excellence, resolving member concerns with empathy, and upholding our "GOLD" standards of being Grand, Open, and Leading with integrity.
You will work as part of a collaborative team that moves with speed and agility, innovating to adapt to the world around us. From verifying vehicle tire sizes to managing supply inventory and coordinating with the Home Office, you will ensure flawless execution of club policies and procedures. This role requires you to lead with the member in mind, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for both our customers and colleagues.

Requirements
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years of age
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedAbility to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- verifiedBasic computer skills or willingness to learn
- verifiedMust pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- verifiedAbility to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- verifiedDOT certification required to fill propane tanks
