The Guest Experience team operates within the Campus Ministry department, focusing on building and equipping volunteer teams to serve effectively. This team plays a vital role in preparing and maintaining the environment for weekend services, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and supported.

About the Role

As a Guest Experience Associate, you will support the Pastor of Guest Experience by fostering a culture of hospitality and spiritual growth. This role is unique in its dual focus: managing the operational aspects of the Guest Experience environment while simultaneously participating in Eagle Brook's Pastoral Development Program. Through this program, you will learn the skills and practices of pastoral ministry, leadership, and spiritual development, positioning yourself to thrive as a Guest Experience Associate and potentially step into the role of Pastor.

In this position, you will recruit, onboard, and develop core volunteers, while also leading and developing volunteer leaders through scheduling and facilitating training. You will serve as a spiritual influencer and encourager to the team, ensuring that ministry strategies are executed effectively. Your day will involve managing beverage service requests, overseeing bookstore merchandising, and maintaining inventory, all while modeling a growing faith through Eagle Brook's core values.
