The Guest Experience Team is the heartbeat of the Museum, dedicated to operating amusements and attractions while managing crowds and supporting galleries. Teamwork is a staple throughout our entire operation, with associates working closely with staff from Retail, Operations, HR, and Administration to create an unforgettable experience for all visitors.
About the Role
As a Guest Experience Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, serving as the enthusiastic face of the Museum. Your primary mission is to provide exceptional customer service, particularly within the Super Funland amusements and attractions. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and facilitate sales for tickets and merchandise, ensuring every interaction meets or exceeds our service targets.
This role thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your exuberant personality and ability to connect with people of all backgrounds will shine. You will be expected to use initiative to build sales through active listening and creative techniques, while maintaining the appearance and functionality of your assigned areas. Whether you are managing the flow of guests during peak periods or sharing knowledge about the Museum's history and special events, your goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere.
