About the Role
The Resident Experience Specialist serves as the face of our hotel-style main lobby, ensuring that every guest, vendor, and resident receives the highest level of customer service. This role is integral to creating amazing experiences, acting as an ambassador for the MV Ventures brand. From greeting visitors with a smile to coordinating community events and managing the coffee bar, you will be the first point of contact that sets the tone for the entire community. Whether assisting with building security, managing the package room, or fluffing pillows, your attention to detail and hard-working attitude directly impact the daily lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCoordinate amenity reservations and inspect spaces before and after use
- check_circlePrepare, clean, and display the coffee bar in the main lobby
- check_circleManage the resident package room and lockers for incoming and outgoing packages
- check_circleAssist with community events and resident retention initiatives
- check_circleConduct daily building walks to ensure visual appeal and cleanliness
- check_circleMonitor and assist residents during move-in and move-out processes
Requirements
- verifiedIntermediate computer and typing skills
- verifiedExperience with Microsoft Office suite
- verifiedExperience with residential property management software (Yardi and/or RealPage)
- verifiedKnowledge of Federal and State Fair Housing Laws
Nice to Have
One (1) year experience in multi-family apartment communities, hospitality, or similar. Experience working with residential property management software, preferably Yardi and/or RealPage.
