In this position, you will manage and monitor the activities of all employees in the Front Office department, ensuring the team adheres to our standards of excellence. You will serve as the Manager on Duty, dealing with guest complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, and special requests. Your day will involve scheduling guest service team members, conducting training and development, and assisting with performance reviews. You will also coordinate daily activities with the hotel management team, hold monthly department meetings, and work closely with the Housekeeping Department to foster cross-departmental communication.
