As an Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM), you will serve as the right hand to the Service Center Manager, taking the lead in building a high-performance team capable of differentiating the VIOC service experience from all other providers. This role is a unique blend of hands-on automotive work and leadership. You will perform oil changes and maintenance services while simultaneously advising, training, and supervising hourly employees.
Your day will involve delivering a positive first impression to every guest with a warm greeting, building trust to win loyal customers, and supporting the SCM in daily operations, inventory, labor management, and financial performance. You will also mentor the team to optimize their development and ensure the service center remains a clean, well-organized, and safe environment compliant with all Environmental, Health & Safety policies.
