- check_circleMentor, lead, and train hourly employees to optimize team development
- check_circleSupport the Service Center Manager with inventory, labor management, and financial performance
- check_circleMaintain a clean, well-organized service center and facilitate a safe working environment
- check_circleEnsure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures
- check_circleDeliver positive guest experiences through warm greetings and customer service
- check_circleAssist the Service Center Manager in daily operations and oversight of the service center
Requirements
- verifiedSix months of supervisory experience
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedEnglish fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
