About the Role
As an Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM), you serve as the right hand of the Service Center Manager, playing a pivotal role in building a high-performance team that differentiates the VIOC service experience. This position is designed for those who want to make a tangible difference in daily operations while growing their career. You will balance hands-on work with leadership, advising, training, and supervising hourly employees to ensure a safe, efficient, and guest-focused environment.
Your day will involve performing oil changes and maintenance services while delivering a warm, friendly first impression to every guest. You will support the Service Center Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and driving financial performance. A key part of your mission is to mentor and lead the team, optimizing their development and fostering a culture of trust that wins repeat, loyal customers. You will also ensure the service center remains clean, well-organized, and compliant with all Environmental, Health & Safety policies.
