As an Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM), you serve as the right hand to the Service Center Manager, playing a pivotal role in building a high-performance team that differentiates Valvoline Instant Oil Change's service experience. This position is unique in that it blends hands-on automotive work with leadership responsibilities. You will not only perform oil changes and maintenance services but also advise, train, and supervise hourly employees to ensure operational excellence.
