About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk. In this critical role, you will ensure exceptional customer service, supervise front desk staff, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. You will play a pivotal part in guaranteeing the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel, serving as the face of our brand to every guest.
As the Front Desk Supervisor, your day will involve managing the lobby marketplace, ensuring it is well-stocked and maintained per brand standards, while also monitoring guest communications via OTA channels. You will be responsible for resolving guest complaints and billing issues in a timely, professional manner, and collaborating with other hotel departments to create a seamless guest experience. Additionally, you will review daily checklists, manage staff availability, and provide coverage for all GSA shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the flexible demands of the hospitality industry.
