About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, managing the front desk, handling check-ins and check-outs, and completing critical daily financial and operational tasks.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing excellent customer service skills to address guest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to online inquiries, and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment. Additionally, you will perform light cleaning duties to ensure the front desk area remains pristine.
