About the Role
We are seeking reliable team members who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging position under the guidance of a down-to-earth physician passionate about dermatology and skincare. You will serve as the face of the center, ensuring an excellent first and lasting impression for every visitor.
In this position, you will manage the flow of guests within the facility, from greeting and checking them in to coordinating work activities with the medical and aesthetics teams. You will be responsible for maintaining the boutique and guest areas, including reception, waiting areas, and dressing rooms, ensuring they remain beautiful and presentable. Your day will involve communicating product benefits, explaining treatment menus, and assisting guests with scheduling and reservations. Additionally, you will manage cash drawers, process point-of-sale transactions, and promote treatments and gift cards to enhance the guest experience.
Success in this role requires a cheerful attitude at all times, even when dealing with difficult situations, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will work closely with the team to facilitate an efficient workflow while maintaining a polished and professional image.
