About the Role

As a Guest Advocate, you are an advocate of guest experience who welcomes, thanks, and exceeds guest service expectations. No two days are ever the same, but your role empowers you to make shopping quick and easy for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up while ensuring exceptional quality.

You will blend problem-solving and decision-making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve concerns. A typical day involves creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests, engaging with them to solve specific needs, and making them aware of current promos, store activities, and events. You will be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to improve the guest experience, including demonstrating how to use the Target App, Wallet, Order Pick-Up, and Drive-Up features.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with others and thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding environment where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving are key to success. You will work in a safe manner, comply with all safety policies, and support guest services such as order pick-up and drive-up orders while maintaining a compliance culture.
