As a Guest Advocate, you are an advocate of guest experience who welcomes, thanks, and exceeds guest service expectations. You will focus on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment, and store cleanliness while empowering guests to make shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.
No two days are ever the same in this role. You will blend problem-solving and decision-making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve concerns. You will be knowledgeable about in-store and digital services, promoting Target's offerings to drive adoption and loyalty. From greeting guests with a welcoming attitude to scanning items efficiently and maintaining a clean work area, you will ensure exceptional quality in every interaction.
