About the Role
As a Guest Advocate, you are an advocate of the guest experience, welcoming and thanking guests while exceeding service expectations. No two days are ever the same in this fast-moving, highly active role, but your focus will be on empowering guests to make shopping quick and easy. You will interact with guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, and pick-up locations, ensuring exceptional quality while driving adoption of digital services and store loyalty programs.
A typical day involves blending problem-solving and decision-making to positively impact the guest experience. You will greet guests warmly, engage with them to solve specific needs, and share knowledge about current promotions, store activities, and the Target App. Whether you are scanning items efficiently, managing returns, or assisting with Order Pick-Up and Drive Up, you will ensure a seamless experience that makes guests feel happy they chose to shop at Target.
