About the Role
As a Guest Advocate, you are an advocate of guest experience who welcomes, thanks, and exceeds guest service expectations. You will focus on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment, and store cleanliness while empowering guests to make shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.
No two days are ever the same, but a typical day involves demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience. You will greet guests warmly, engage with them to solve specific needs, and make them aware of current promos, store activities, and events. You will be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to resolve issues and improve the experience. This includes scanning and bagging items efficiently, assisting with Target Loyalty program sign-ups, and guiding guests on how to use the Target App, Wallet, Order Pick-Up, and Drive-Up features.
You will thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving are key. You will work in a safe manner, maintain a clean and clutter-free work area, and support guest services while adhering to compliance cultures and safety policies.
